Subscribers who join the private routes will enjoy the following benefits:
• Service subscribers enjoy a full exemption from subscription fees in the first month and will only pay for the minutes of use!
• If you own a “Digital” card starting from 31.03.2021, users of the “High Gear” route are entitled to a subscription benefit of NIS 40 per month for three months, in addition to the first month without a subscription fee given to all participants.
• Users in the “Low Gear” route who own a Digital card are entitled to a discount of NIS 10 in the monthly subscription fee starting from the second month, which will be refunded to the subscriber’s credit against travel.
(The benefits are not accruable. Minute travel benefits will be given against travel only. The company may terminate these benefits as long as it has published a notice to that effect and this section has been removed from Appendix C – Service Price List)

• Deductible for a petrol car – 3,510 NIS in case of an accident
• Occupied credit frame – 50 NIS per reservation
• Deductible cancellation insurance for one month – 59 NIS according to the user agreement
Charges for overuse:
• The cost of a ticket for parking or any other ticker conversion – 75 NIS
• Leaving trash in the car – 45 NIS
*Dirt which is caused by a subscription that is not part of the normal use of the vehicle and which requires the arrival of the operating personnel for immediate cleaning on the spot.
• Unusual dirt in the car – 180 NIS
*Unusual dirt caused by a subscription that is not part of the normal use of the vehicle and which requires sending the vehicle to a cleaning institute. Example – smoking in a car / animal.
• Dirt in a manner that requires chemical cleaning – 450 NIS
*Unusual dirt caused by a subscription that is not part of the normal use of the vehicle and which requires sending the vehicle to a chemical clean.
• Using not according to the using manual – 75 NIS
• Rescue of the vehicle as a result of a malfunction caused by unreasonable use and / or in violation of the user regulations – According to the price list of Shagrir Company
• Parking outside of area, which requires the vehicle to be transported by the company – According to the price list of Shagrir Company
• Parking within the operating area of the vehicle sharing system, which does not allow the other subscribers to use the vehicle – 250 NIS

• Issuing a new smart card – 20 NIS due to loss / theft
• Failure to inspect / report damage – 100 NIS
• Key lost – 490 NIS
The bold letters:
• The price per minute is fixed for all times: day. Night and weekends.
• The charge will start from the moment the vehicle starts or five minutes after the doors open, whichever is earlier.
• Charging will end with these four conditions – engine is shut, pushing the end travel button, locking the doors and the car is in the Tel-Aviv Yafo area. If you left the vehicle and did not meet all the above conditions – the charge will continue, and you will receive an alert to your mobile device in an SMS message.
• The user card is personal, and it is not to be transferred to anyone! Transferring the card will cause insurance loss for the user.
• Cancellation of travel booking: Be sure to book a car only when you need it. Cancellation of the car order for the first time is free of charge up until the third time. From then on, you will be charged NIS 5 for each cancellation. [Cancellation counter resets every calendar year].
• All the process above include tax (unless we said otherwise).
