Here is a list of the various costs for using Autotel – the vehicle sharing service of the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality. As you can see there are 5 different routes for your choice, tow of them for private clients and the other to for business clients.

Subscribers who join the private routes will enjoy the following benefits:

• Service subscribers enjoy a full exemption from subscription fees in the first month and will only pay for the minutes of use!
• Registered to “Digitel”? Starting from September 1st, 2024, users to the “High Gear” plan are eligible for a joining benefit of 180₪ in travel credits per year + the first month without a subscription fee. New users will receive 20₪ per month for the first 6 months and 10₪ per month for the remaining 6 months. From the second year onward, and for existing users, the credit will be divided into 15₪ per month.
• Users in the “Low Gear” route who Registered to “Digitel” are entitled to a discount of NIS 10 in the monthly subscription fee starting from the second month, which will be refunded to the user’s credit against rides.

(The benefits are not accruable. Minute travel benefits will be given against travel only. The company may terminate these benefits as long as it has published a notice to that effect and this section has been removed from Appendix C – Service Price List)

**Monthly supplement for each additional driver over 10 drivers – NIS 10 + VAT.

Basic charge:
• Holding the car for the first 15 minutes – no charge
• Order cancelation [according to section 8 in the using contract] – 5 NIS
• Deductible for a petrol car – 2,340 NIS in case of an accident
• Deductible for a petrol car – 3,510 NIS in case of an accident
• Occupied credit frame – 50 NIS per reservation
• Deductible cancellation insurance for one month – 59 NIS according to the user agreement

Charges for overuse:
• Cost of converting a traffic/parking report – 75₪
• Leaving trash in the car – 45 NIS
*Dirt which is caused by a subscription that is not part of the normal use of the vehicle and which requires the arrival of the operating personnel for immediate cleaning on the spot.
• Unusual dirt in the car – 180 NIS
*Unusual dirt caused by a subscription that is not part of the normal use of the vehicle and which requires sending the vehicle to a cleaning institute. Example – smoking in a car / animal.
• Dirt in a manner that requires chemical cleaning – 450 NIS
*Unusual dirt caused by a subscription that is not part of the normal use of the vehicle and which requires sending the vehicle to a chemical clean.
• Using not according to the using manual for example leaving thelights on, doors open/unlocked, window open, improper parking – 75 NIS
• Rescue of the vehicle as a result of a malfunction caused by unreasonable use and / or in violation of the user regulations – According to the price list of Shagrir Company
• Parking outside of area, which requires the vehicle to be transported by the company – According to the price list of Shagrir Company
• Parking within the operating area of the vehicle sharing system, which does not allow the other subscribers to use the vehicle – 250 NIS
*for example, private parking with / without a gate, paid parking in the parking lot, ect.
• Issuing a new smart card – 20 NIS due to loss / theft
• Failure to inspect / report damage In addition to internal damage or dirt- 100 NIS
• Loss of the car key – 490₪

The bold letters:
• The price per minute is fixed for all times: day, night, and weekend. The charge duration is calculated on a per-minute basis for each minute or part thereof.
• The charge will start immediately after the doors open.
• Charging will end with these four conditions – engine is shut, pushing the end travel button, locking the doors and the car is in the Tel-Aviv Yafo area. If you left the vehicle and did not meet all the above conditions – the charge will continue.
• The user card is personal, and it is not to be transferred to anyone! Transferring the card will cause insurance loss for the user.
• Cancellation of travel booking: Be sure to book a car only when you need it. Cancellation of the car order for the first and second time is free of charge. From the third time and on, you will be charged NIS 5 for each cancellation. [Cancellation counter resets every calendar year].
• All the process above include tax (unless we said otherwise).
• Long trips – The first 3 hours are 99₪ + 1.2₪ per kilometer. Each additional hour is 20₪. Prices include VAT. subject to Out of tel user contract.
