This policy describes how GoTo Car Sharing T.L.V Limited Partnership (hereinafter: “AutoTel“, “the
Company” and/or “We“) handles personal information collected within the framework of its various
services (hereinafter: “the Services“), regarding the following information topics:
1. Users who register for the Company’s Services, whether they have registered for themselves or
for the organization in whose name they use the Services, including other persons whose
information is provided during the registration, and/or the ordering process, and/or who use the
Company’s Services.
2. Visitors to the site and the digital assets, potential customers and users, business partners,
suppliers, participants in our marketing promotions or physical events, and anyone who uses
and/or browses AutoTel websites, applications, and other AutoTel electronic interfaces,
including ads and online content, email, social networks, registration interfaces
(application/web), our digital assets or other communications under our control (hereinafter:
“AutoTel Sites“).
This policy applies to you insofar as you are the object of the information items described above
(“You”). Please read carefully, and make sure you understand what it says, and that you fully agree.
The use of AutoTel Services and/or AutoTel websites, constitutes your consent to our terms of use,
and this Privacy Policy, including the analysis and the processing of your personal information
according to what is stated below.
You have no legal obligation to provide us with personal information, and its delivery is subject to
your complete consent. If you do not wish to provide us with personal information, or you object to
AutoTel (including the service providers on its behalf) processing your personal information, refrain
from using the services (including by registering, browsing AutoTel websites or any other use). If you

This policy addresses all genders, and is worded in the masculine for convenience only.

Ownership of Information
Ownership of the information we collect as specified in this document belongs to the Tel Aviv-Yafo
Municipality and the Tel Aviv-Yafo Economic Development Authority Ltd. both jointly and severally,
(hereinafter: “the Municipality“), by virtue of our joint contract. We hold the databases to perform the
services specified in the subscription contract; however, by virtue of the Municipality’s ownership of
the database, it has the right to access the database and receive its data.

The Type of Information We Collect
1. User information: The Services enable the booking of private or business trips. For this purpose,
AutoTelcollects and processes personal information regarding private or business users
(including representatives on their behalf, for example when relating to a business customer),
among other things, as detailed below:
a) User profile: name, email address, mobile and/or other telephone number, residential
and/or business address and, if necessary, a personal password.
b) Details of identity verification: driving license and any personal information contained
therein, as well as facial image.
c) Business information (as applicable): company name, branch, account classification,
commercial conditions.
d) Booking details, travel, and related transactions: Booking – details of pick-up and return
of vehicles, transfer/delivery, route, GPS-based location, information on unrealized search,
contact information, payment method, invoices, documentation of previous transactions,
trip descriptions and use of toll highways, use of parking applications (Pango, Slopark, etc.),
driving reports, fines, etc., as well as any other information a user and/or someone on its
behalf has chosen to provide.
e) Ratings and feedback provided by the user and/or the driver and/or someone on its behalf
in relation to the service experience, and/or any part of it, including registration, booking,
travel, etc., and any other feedback that may be provided.
f) Information on use of services: Technical usage data and activity logs, including trends
and subscriber preferences, login and disconnection times from the Service, IP address and
connectivity data, device data and application data (such as, type, operating system,
application ID, advertising ID, application version, browser version, location, time zone and
language settings), traffic records and activity within the service framework, as well as
cookie files and pixels installed or used in connection with the said device;
g) Inquiries and communicating with us: Details and contents of conversations (in writing
or recorded), and correspondence provided to us orally, via online forms, by email, mail
and/or chats with different departments at AutoTel (such as customer service, support and
training).

2. Information on visitors to AutoTel Sites, customers and potential users, business partners,
suppliers, participants in our marketing promotions, as well as physical events and anyone
browsing AutoTel Sites and applications:
a) Information on use of AutoTel Sites: Technical usage data and activity logs, including
trends and subscriber preferences, login and disconnection times from the Service, IP
address and connectivity data, device data and application data (such as, type, operating
system, application ID, advertising ID, application version, browser version, location, time
zone and language settings), traffic records and activity within the Service framework, as
well as cookie files and pixels installed or used in connection with the said device;
b) Business information: Contact information (such as name, contact information,
organization and position), and information relating to agreements and payments with our
potential customers/users, suppliers and business partners, which may also include the main
contact information to communicate with us directly or indirectly on their behalf, such as
account managers and Authorized Signatories on behalf of the customer or partner; as well
as the needs and preferences of the relevant customer or business partner, as conveyed to us
or as identified in our engagement with them;
c) Inquiries and communicating with us: details and contents of conversations (in writing or
recorded) and correspondence provided to us orally, via online forms, by email, mail and/or
chats with various units at AutoTel such as customer service, drivers, support and training).

3. We collect the said information directly from the information subjects and/or due to their
interaction and use of our Services or AutoTel Sites; through third parties (such as suppliers and
business partners); by connecting to the AutoTel user account with the user’s accounts via social
networks; and connecting to events and activities we organize or in which we take part, as well
as through various business initiatives. To the extent that the information mentioned in this
Section does not refer to a particular person
(for example, a telephone number or the bank account of a company or business), we shall not
consider it personal information and what is stated in this policy shall not apply.

Use of Information
4. We collect and use your personal information according to law and under the terms of this
Privacy Policy, for the following purposes:
a) Provision of Services, including ancillary services, including among others, contacting the
user and potential user to enable the said implementation.
b) Endorsing traffic fines, parking, handling of payments for toll roads and highways, payment
of parking via the application (such as Pango, Slopark, etc.); endorsing parking lots
payment and any financial charge to any third party created during the use of AutoTel
Services. Furthermore, providing responses, support and customer service in general. It is
hereby clarified that the aforesaid does not impose on AutoTel any obligation to make any
payment whatsoever in place of the user, and it shall act at its sole discretion and subject to
the provisions of the agreement with the user.
c) Verifying the identities of our customers, users and drivers, to enable them to access and
use the Services;
d) Generating conclusions related to the use of Services and AutoTel Sites, designed to enable
us to optimize and improve our Services and other activities;
e) For the purpose of analyzing areas of interest, browsing habits, research, examination and
Service improvement, as well as advertising and marketing needs (including the provision
of information to third parties).
f) Contacting us through general and/or customized services related to Services, and/or
through marketing messages;
g) Organization and/or support of various events and activities;
h) Information security and protection of our business activities, including for the purpose of
preventing or reducing the risk of fraud or deception, or any other prohibited or illegal
activity;
i) Creating aggregates, derived non-personal data or data processed in a way that makes them
unidentifiable or unlinkable to an identifiable person that we or our business partners may
use to provide and improve our services or for any other similar purpose;
j) To adapt advertising Services and/or products and their offer to each user and its area of
interest;
k) To attempt to facilitate the placing of future orders on AutoTel Sites, including contacting
users if necessary;
l) Providing updates regarding special sales and marketing promotions, subject to your right
to refuse to receive advertising information as described below, and complying with the
requirements of the law and regulations applicable to us, or any other legal matter, such as
enforcing local policy rules, handling damage claims with third parties, including insurance
companies; responding to claims and/or the protection of rights, property and/or the safety
of others.
m) To offer the user information regarding the activities of the Company and/or other bodies
seen on AutoTel Sites.
n) For any other purpose, at the sole discretion of the Company, in accordance with the terms
of the Privacy Policy as updated from time to time.
It is hereby clarified that the collection of information and its uses for the above purposes, in
whole or in part, shall be at the sole discretion of the Company, as determined from time to
time.

5. A user or potential user who provided information to the Company when using AutoTel
Sites, agrees that it shall occasionally receive offers and/or information regarding the
Company’s activities, as well as from other bodies related to the Company, and/or its
business partners, via e-mail and/or other means of communication, including by the
Company and by third parties, and this consent constitutes consent to receive advertisements
according to Section 30A of the Communications Law (Bezeq and Transmissions), 5742-
1982. It is clear that any user may request to remove its data at any time, and accordingly
the user will stop receiving such information, among others, by clicking on the link to be
removed from the mailing list that appears at the bottom of the messages it received.

Sharing Information with Third Parties
6. The user’s information will not be passed on to third parties except in the cases listed below:
a) If the user provided his details in order to obtain additional information from one of the
bodies listed on the AutoTel Sites, in which case its details shall be transferred to this
body only.
b) If the user uses links on any of the AutoTel Sites, in this context, it will be clarified that:
b1. Users of the Services via these links may be required to provide personal
information. The use of the information provided via these links is subject to
the privacy policies of these service managers and/or third parties, and not to
the Company’s Privacy Policy; and therefore, it is recommended that you also
review their privacy policy documents. It is clarified that the user will not have
any complaint, and/or demand, and/or claim, in connection with the
information as stated below that third parties and/or content partners may
have.
b2. It is hereby clarified that the Company is not responsible in any way
whatsoever in relation to the transfer of information by the user and/or anyone
on its behalf, to any third parties. Providing such information is the sole
responsibility of the user.
c) If the user violated the terms of the regulations and/or the Privacy Policy, and/or any
terms of use of any of the AutoTel sites; and/or violated the terms of use of the Services
offered on these sites, or if use is made of any content constituting defamation, libel,
offensive material, or any material therein that may constitute harassment or threat or
deception of any kind.
d) We may disclose or allow access to personal information, or give law enforcement or
regulatory authorities such access. These actions will be taken if we believe in good faith
that we are required to do so by virtue of a legal order (such as a search warrant or any
other judicial order issued by a competent authority), by law, and/or for the prevention
or cessation of illegal activity or other wrongdoing,(whether these actually occurred or
if there is fear of their occurring), and/or due to a fear of our being harmed, and/or anyone
on our behalf.
e) If the Company splits and/or merges with another body and/or merges its activities with
the activities of third parties, it will be entitled to transfer to the corporation and/or the
new entity, (including its affiliates), a copy of the information contained in the systems
and/or any other information,provided that this corporation and/or body accepts this
Privacy Policy, with its required changes, and without detracting from its ability to make
changes as stated in this document.
f) The Company is assisted by various service providers, which include, among others,
information storage services, content delivery, clearing and online payments, customer
management, surveys, data monitoring and analysis, information security, fraud
detection and prevention, email, distribution of text messages and alerts, social networks
and advertising, recordings and calls analyses, operations and correspondence, an
external sales center, as well as our legal, financial and business consultants, and our
compliance consultants (together: “Service Providers“). Service Providers may access
your personal information, depending on their role, the service they provide and the
specific purpose for which the Company has contracted, and they shall be allowed to use
this personal information solely for these purposes. In such cases, the Company shall
contract with them according to agreements required by law.
g) The information may be passed on to other parties for research, analysis of browsing
habits, statistics; as well as for advertising, marketing, service improvement, and other
business uses according to the purposes mentioned above, at the sole discretion of the
Company.
h) The Company may share your personal information with others if it believes in good
faith that it must do so to protect its rights, property and the safety of AutoTel, our
employees, our service providers, customers, users, drivers or any other person or body.
i) By using AutoTel Sites and/or the Company’s Services, you agree to the transfer of your
personal information by any method of information transfer whatsoever to third parties,
as specified under the terms of this Privacy Policy, and as it shall be defined when using
the Company’s Services
For the avoidance of any doubt, AutoTel may share your personal information in other ways,
subject to your consent, or if we are required to do so by law, or if we have converted that
information into anonymous/statistical information that no longer concerns you. We may
transfer, share or make any other use of non-personal information, at our sole discretion, and
without the need for any further consent.

How we Use Cookies and Other Monitoring Technologies
7. A “cookie” is a small text file used, for example, for the purpose of collecting and retrieving
data concerning the activity carried out on AutoTel Sites. Some “cookie” files are removed
when you exit the browser (these are called “temporary files”) while other files remain for
longer periods of time (these are called “permanent files”). We use both types.

8. We use “Cookies” for the day-to-day and proper operation of the Company’s sites Cookies
contain a variety of information, such as the pages you visited, the length of time you were
on the site, from where you came to the site, the content and information you wish to see
when entering the site, and more. They help us, among other things, to collect statistics on
the use of the site in order to adapt the site to your personal preferences and your information
security needs.

Sharing Information with Other Parties
9. The Company reserves the right to operate its Services, or any part thereof through third
parties and/or content partners. Users of these services may be required to provide personal
information to those third parties. The use of this information is subject to the privacy policy
of the above third parties, and not to the Privacy Policy of the Company, and therefore it is
recommended to also review their privacy policy documents. It is hereby clarified that the
user, or someone on its behalf, shall not have any complaint, and/or demand, and/or claim,
regarding the information stated that third parties and/or content partners may have.

10. It is hereby clarified that the Company is not responsible in any way whatsoever in relation
to the provision of information by the user and/or anyone on its behalf, to any third parties.
Providing such information is the sole responsibility of the user.

Advertisements and Links from Third Parties
11. The Company reserves the right to allow third parties to add advertising and/or
advertisements, and/or banners, and/or any other link, at its sole discretion. The Company
is not responsible for the content of ads, “banners”, or any other advertising material on
AutoTel Sites.

12. The AutoTel Site operates an independent set of advertisements and content. In addition,
the AutoTel Site enables and may allow other third parties to manage and operate the set of
advertisements on it and/or content systems and services. In this context, the user may view
service offers, content, links, information or advertisements of an AutoTel Site or of any
third parties – information or ads originating from external advertisers collecting information
about the user, including by placing cookies on the user’s computer. This is, among other
things, for the purpose of analyzing information, adjusting advertisements and analyzing the
user’s needs. This use is made in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the terms of use of
these sites and does not relate to the AutoTel Site Privacy Policy. If the user wishes to
prevent such activity, it must act personally to prevent the collection of information
according to the privacy policies of these bodies, and the Company is in no way responsible
for these contents and/or publications.

Right to Review Information
13. In accordance with and subject to the provisions of the relevant law, each user shall be
entitled to review the information held by the Company. A user who has reviewed its
information and has found that it is not complete, clear or up to date, may contact the
Company with the request to correct the information or update it, and the Company may
accept the said request, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion. The Company shall not be
responsible for information held by third parties, and the user shall not have any complaint,
and/or demand, and/or claim against the Company regarding this issue.

14. If the information is used for the purpose of personal contact with the user by direct mail,
the user shall be entitled, subject to the provisions of the law, to demand in writing that this
information be deleted from the Company’s records. In this case, the information deleted
shall be only the information the Company needs for commercial offers. Information
required by the Company in order to conduct its business, including for purposes of existing
or potential litigation, including documentation of actions performed by the user at the Site,
shall be retained by the Company, and at its sole discretion

Information security
15. The Company acts for the purpose of securing the information
collected on the site, including the data processing system, infrastructure and means of
communication, against environmental risks and vulnerabilities by means of appropriate
technological and organizational security measures, depending on the level of sensitivity of
the information collected. These systems work to reduce the possibility of unauthorized
intrusion but are not absolutely secure. Therefore, the Company does not guarantee that the
use of the Site shall be completely immune from unauthorized access, and the user waives
any complaint, and/or demand, and/or claim, in connection with any breach of informational
security.

16. All information provided by the user through the Site, both as part of registration for offers
on the Site, and when requesting information, and through products, and/or any other service
provided at the Site, shall be provided voluntarily and with the full consent of the user at the
Site, and shall constitute clear and explicit consent according to Section 11 and 17 of the
Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and Section 30A of the Communications (Bezeq and
Broadcasting) Law, 5742 -1982.

Changes to the Company’s Privacy Policy
17. The Company reserves the right to change, corrrect, improve, make amendments to Privacy
Policy, from time to time, at its sole discretion, without the need to give any notification
and/or prior notice. By using any AutoTel Services and or any AutoTel Sites, you declare
having read the updated Privacy Policy as it appears on the relevant Site and you agree to it.

Binding Version of the Policy
18. The Hebrew version of this policy shall be the binding version and in the event of any
discrepancies and/or inconsistencies between the Hebrew version of this policy and this
English version, the Hebrew version shall be the binding and prevailing version.
